Coffee Maker – Treatment
Daily Maintenance

Step 1: Add 1 teaspoon per 10 cups of capacity with same amount of water.

Step 2: Run unit as normal, dispose of cleaning solution after the cycle ends.

Step 3: Rinse unit with 10 ounces of water.

Weekly Maintenance

Step 1: Add 2 teaspoon of Express clean to every 10 cups of water.

Step 2: Run 1 full cycle of clean water after disposing initial run.

Glass Jar – Treatment

Step 1: Fill glass container 2/3 of capacity of water.

Step 2: ½ teaspoon of Klene Coffee Express and mix with water in a glass container.

Step 3: Allow 30 seconds in jar and rinse with clean water.

Cappuccino & Espresso Machines
Machines (Manual) – Treatment

Step 1: Add 1\2 teaspoon to 1 cup of water and press down though machine.

Step 2: Remove the Portafilter Basket handle and submerge it into 2 cups of water with ½ teaspoon for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Rinse thoroughly until clean.

Step 4: If necessary, scrub the Porta-filter with a soft brush to remove any stubborn coffee grind or debris.

Machines (Semi or Automatic) – Treatment

Step 1: Mix 1 teaspoon of Express clean to 2 cups of water and submerge the Steam Wand and the Porta-filter Basket.

Step 2: Allow 2 minutes for product to work in removing all debris. Use a soft scrub if necessary to remove stubborn contaminants.

Step 3: Rinse all submerged units with clean water.
